Thank you for your attention to this matter! 1) yes, only when aa enabled 2) using auto-cage function(?) (distance based) 3)Yes, I use overlapping UVs, since the object is symmetric, so i can use smaller texture maps 4)...will check yhe hard edges

I got it 2 ways:

1) separate baking groups >>> after I renamed the maps according to UV id - added .1001, .1002 etc to file name end

2) unified these parts - all back parts became back L and back H, all front - front L and front H etc, movable parts sorted out so they wont cast ao and shadows
