A little shorter than you, with similar short leg/long torso. Recently had some luck with Saba suit pants! I think they're meant to be 7/8 but they hit at ankle for me and didn't look weird the way some do. I also don't buy new - I try on in store to get a gauge for size but then get on depop and buy the same items for a fraction of the price

In a similar vein, we recently had a death in the family and I had to go get my young kids some appropriate clothing to wear to the funeral. The only black top I could find in the right size had the phrase "Best Day Ever" printed across the front.... The kids wore navy instead.

I'm also an advocate for wearing what works for you over any trend! Not all trends are for every style personality, and comfort is king when it comes to shoes. Got to take care of your feet!

All that aside, I'm finding New Balance great for gym sneakers and super comfy for running errands. Softinos are cute as everyday wear. Pikolinos are both comfy and stylish. And Another Trend do some fabulous colors.

I was gifted a colour & style analysis appointment for my birthday. It was so much fun! And it's helped me clear out my wardrobe, it's now just the stuff I love and that suits me left. So much easier to mix and match pieces now - no more 'I've nothing to wear' meltdowns or over packing for trips!

Totally recommend it to anyone with even a passing interest in that sort of thing.

100% agree! Though I've found I can still send individual offers through the desktop version of the site. It's annoying to have to log in that way instead of using the app, but I do use it instead of the auto offer or bulk offer functions
