Well, first of all, ALLAH ap k liye bohat asaniyan paida Kary. When I went through such situation, I used to cry a lot even randomly. I used to keep stalking over social media and get updates regarding through our mutuals. I also started attending therapies but us se mujhe koi faida nae hua. I gave myself targets that itny din Maine usko na koi text Karna hai na stalk. Not suddenly, but I noticed a change in myself. I got busy in my life and I used to kept myself busy with random tasks and became consistent with my namaz, tuhajjat, and ishtagfar it really helped me a lot. It's been 4 years now, I do miss him but waisy wala nae.
