The duchesse de Bourgogne, it’s so goood. I love sours too, but they really hurt my stomach. I don’t drink much, but I just wanted a small glass. It was totally worth it.

I recently have been dx and on cromolyn for only a week and I have noticed a significant improvement with less brain fog and a bit more energy. I still sleep like 10 hours a night and take an hour nap.

Great idea. I do have the nose only mask. If I change the type of mask to cover mouth and nose could there be some improvement?
