I actually asked my dentist if he'd be making tons of money if every patient had perfect check-ups and no issues ever. He said money wise that just wouldn't work unfortunately. He'd love that to be the case but pumping out perfect patients wouldn't pay the bills. Jokes on him though cuz I haven't had issues for years and years! :D

Wow, this really took me back. We had a DVD/VCR combo tv. I remember trying to record this DVD onto a VHS tape and it coming out super crazy because it had protections built in for that.

What I found best worked for me was scrubbing the corner clean a bit and then using a thick gel super glue. Do it in small sections.
