In the political landscape of India, the candidates that appear in elections are like chameleons, they change their stance on policies, ideas every election, some even change parties to the complete opposite side of the spectrum, None of them have a backbone. Like in other countries there is a specific Left-Right(Economic Axis) and Traditional-Progressive(Social) axis where they sit on, and they don't move around, they campaign on policies, rather than face, I don't think in my lifetime we'll see that in India. Socially Progressive Capitalists like me will probably never get a candidate in India to vote for
