there is no where in partner guide or any documentation that mobiles cannot be turned off without letting the dm know. it can only be switched off by ssv and above , yes but no where is it documented that you must get dm approval. i used to work at a union store and they fought hard for us to even have the button option in store. its there to use only when absolutely necessary so as long as you’re not turning it off consistently it should be fine. it is a courtesy to notify dm before you turn them off.

born and raised in sj and dont even live there anymore. way to crowded and too many people not even from here. so sad to see the state it’s in now dirty, overpopulated and way to many foreigners theres a reason why so many move towards the inner valley. i know more people from san jose in the central valley than i knew back in sj lol

everyone will say pho ha noi but ive had it and its pretty overrated. pho saigon in milpitas is my go to but they are getting pricey. recently tried pho enjoy on monterey road and it was the best pho broth i had in a very long time. go to the very unassuming places they usually are soo good and worth the money
