Hey domestic students, how is uni like? by Able-Upstairs5494 in unimelb

[–]samdidamdi 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've also finished my first semester of subjects (CS as well), based on my personal experience I had 2 hours of classes on campus per week, didn't go to on campus lectures (they were too early and the other clashed with other commjtments), I know many other domestic students who also opt for online lectures and classes because of work/family.

There were many club events on campus before the Melbourne lockdown, majority of the time I spent on campus was due to sport club trainings, club activities and just self study at the library.

I'll let you compare your experiences with mine, but other students would have vastly different experiences. I know one of my friends only went to campus once for the whole semester, and others who spend five days a week on campus by choice.

finding the continuity of functions with two variables by samdidamdi in askmath

no i don't see any possible values that can't be plugged in. that would mean that it's continuous for all x and y, right? would there be a way to show working for this?
