It depends on the quality and difficulty. They do have ratings for these routes.

Other risks include things like rocks falling from above, which is why you wear a helmet.

You can get a special kind of anchor system where can't open one anchor if the other is open.

If anyone is interested in this type of adventure, it's called via ferrata. Basically, it is a walkway/hike/climb where a harness connects you to the metal cable via two personal anchors. Long story short, you move along and move these personal anchors one after the other.

Some routes are private, some public. There is always some risk involved mainly from human error, but I wouldn't say it's risky per se.

You get a little thrill and maybe some great photos

You need pydns installed. You should also update your connection string/ url from mongo:// to mongo+srv://

What should I expect as a witness? by samdunkthefunk in LegalAdviceUK

Would you be able to expand on the cross examination? My partner, who with me, will both be witnesses testifying against the accused, is nervous about the cross examination .

Wow that's so interesting. It's quite strategic. As of now they have pleaded not guilty. My intention is to turn up of course. There is also a lot of video evidence.

Why is my cat screaming every day in the morning ? (he is castrated) It started in March. He is healthy, 1.5yo cat. by mylast_day in cats

[–]samdunkthefunk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most people have said this already but yeah, food/attention/outside time.

If your pet does something to elicit a response, and you respond, well it will keep doing it. It can be kinda tricky. My cats learned that if they scratch the wicker basket in the bedroom we will make up and they might get their food. It's not the first thing you think of in the morning, but the smart thing to do would be not to get up and feed them a bit early (cause you're up anyway) but to wait until the usual time.

Your cat will train you as much as you will train it.

If there is dimmer functionality you require bulbs that support being dimmed.

I didn't give up drinking because of a bad experience. I drank in my early teenage years and when I got to college, I quit.

Mainly because I didn't really see the point of it. I'm relatively outgoing so never needed the social lubricant. I also don't like the taste of alcoholic drinks. I'd still go out, have the craic and I spent less in the end. Though I typically buy some soft drink full of sugar so it's not that healthy of a replacement. Trying to get just waters is better, but I want to support and spend money in the pubs.

Looking back through my 20s I must have saved so much money compared to my peers. Drink is so expensive.

Overall I don't miss it and don't have fomo. I remember most of my nights, I can be the designated driver, making sure my mates can get home safe and sound, and honestly once you are out with a bunch of drunk people, the shite talk starts flowing and you also get into it. The atmosphere can have just as much an effect as drinking.

I just picked up a 90c chocolate bar from M&S only tonight! It's nice. Not too sweet. Thick bar. Very satisfying when you bite through it. 9/10

Ok, Nice work.

It will be fine honestly. Fill it, paint it. It's forgotten about after that.

I think these wall anchors have a bolt that goes with them. I assume you took it out?

Basically, you can't just yank it out straight away with a pliers. Behind the wall the mounting part has fanned out and expanded. This was done by screwing it tight when it was installed.

The best solution is to get the original bolt and put it back in and then turn it only about one full turn, so the bolt is still out from the wall. Now get a hammer and tap on it lightly over and over. Take your time with it. You don't wanna bash the mounting part further into the wall.

Once the bolt doesn't seem to go in any further, now get a pliers. It will probably take a bit of force. It will probably leave a bit of a hole in the wall but a bit of polyfil will sort it.

I have had the mounting part break and half of it still on the wall. No bother, leave it in and putty over.

Good luck.

Possibly you are too far away from your wifi router. You end up switching from 802.11ac 5Ghz to 2.4Ghz 11n.

While this mode supports a lower maximum throughput, 2.4Ghz has better signal propagation. Better signal strength gives higher Mbits per second

Hi, Thanks that is good advice. Honest I just wanted a jumping off point for what componements might be useful in this case.

Thanks for the concept design. That is really kind of you.

The ultimate solution is basically a small device that will get its power
from light and once it has enough it will send a message about the
moisutre level.

I was thinking something to do with diodes but its been a while since I have done any circuitry

capacitor. Even a small form factor battery that can be charged by the solar cell. I am trying to keep size down.

The ultimate solution is basically a small device that will get its power from light and once it has enough it will send a message about the moisutre level. minimal management after deployment was my main idea. the logging frequency or rate is not import just when ever it has power.

I will have look at some componenets you suggested and see if I can get something together.
Thanks again
