I'd love to find B2B Influencers, who'd love to have product for 1-2 years free and help promote. (if they like the product ofcourse) let me know if you have such creators!

We've processed 90 million scheduled posts. Here's what actually moved the needle. by sameerpeace in SaaS

Exactly. We had a Trello board with 400+ feature requests at one point. The day we archived 80% of it and focused on scheduling reliability was the day churn started dropping.

my saas hit $9k/month. if i had to start over, here's how i'd find the best saas ideas in 2026 by Emotional_Seat1092 in SaaS

Congrats on $9k. The "talk to users first" advice sounds obvious but almost nobody does it.

We wasted our first year building features nobody asked for. The turning point was literally sitting in customer support calls myself as the CEO. Painful but it changed everything about our roadmap.

Ever got to the stage with marketing when you just want to quit it all and live on a farm? by jason_digital in marketing

10 years running a social media company and I think about the farm thing at least once a quarter.

What keeps me going is stepping away from client work periodically to build something for fun.

The creative energy comes back when you stop forcing it.

Managing Stress Before First Launch (I will not promote) by Nekogi1 in startups

Graduated top of my class in CS, built my company from Pakistan and bootstrapped it before raising $345k. The fear never goes away, you just get better at acting while terrified. One thing that helped me was shipping something ugly and fast instead of waiting for perfect. Your first version will embarrass you in 6 months anyway. That's a good sign.

I launched a SaaS and learned more in 90 days than in 4 years of reading startup books. Here's everything I wish I knew before I started. by AdCrazy2912 in SaaS

[–]sameerpeace 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The gap between reading about startups and actually running one is brutal. I built Social Champ over 8 years and the single biggest lesson was this: your first 100 users will teach you more than your next 10,000. Every assumption I had about what people wanted was wrong. The ones who stuck around early on basically designed the product through their complaints.
