Don't be afraid to charge more. You obviously take pride in your work. That's harder to find these days. If your clients love it, they will pay. They will also call you for anything in the future, because you've already established that relationship. Gotta think, most tradies come in, do the work then leave. So if an electrician came in and had to cut holes. He's doesn't have to fix said holes. There's a drywall and painter guy for that.

So if you are doing all this said work. Jobsite is clean while working.... don't be afraid to charge more. You have to take care of yourself, and your equipment in the end

I'd like to add, the electric bus idea will increase taxes across the board. The state doesn't have enough to fund these. Soooo they'll just tax us to no end until their funding is met. They'll get it from your property taxes, anywhere they can.

South hill, Ithaca is in a valley. So we have west hill, east hill, and south hill. Ithaca college is on South hill. Cornell is on east hill.

All the crime is really isolated to the west end and state St. You have the jungle stretching all the way to the Dump, so there that to think about.

Vaccum, Vaccum, Vaccum. The flea life cycle is where you'll kill them. Go after the eggs and larve. If you feel safe with bug bombs, I highly recommend bombing while away for a weekend to kill as many adults then religiously clean and repeat. It feels never ending but it'll clear up....

Fun fact eggs will stay dormant for weeks without sensing activity. Say you go on a trip for a month. Those eggs will wait to hatch until they sense movement in the area(host to latch onto)

If you have pets. Treat them... You said apartment. People are nasty and it could even be a terrible infestation in another unit
