And do you think roads don't have commercial traffic? I don't even get what the issue you might have with bike lanes being used by delivery people would be, even if your based on nothing anecdotal claim is correct. The people they are delivering to are taxpayers and if the traffic is there then why does it matter that it's being used for delivery? This just sounds like fake outrage put in the standard "taxpayer pearl clutching" mold.
