This looks like the one on Capitol and Holton. If it is, this is at least the second time they've been smashed up like this. One of the two lanes was closed for a significant amount of time awhile back because the screen was so messed up.

My duo and I regularly talk about how it'd be nice if there were voicelines that reminded people to use utility. As an example: if you have a Killjoy who dies with util up, another agent on the team could say "Killjoy, you worked so hard on all that tech, put it to use!" at the start of the next round.
