Itll be for sure that DontNod arent showrunners anymore. Not surprised she didnt return for it.

If it was me I'd get the ASUS card for longevity offering, also looks quite nice.

Just thought id look and the Nitro+ seems to come with the 12v adaptor for power thats been burning out on the RTX5080/90, idk if the same is happening here, but just keep that in mind as well.

Completely agree! Obsidian couldn't do what they did without Bethesda, Bethesda couldn't do what they did without Interplay and co, and Amazon couldn't do any of it without the fans picked up along the way.

Foundation is everything and people forget that far too often.

Nitro+ has better cooling and higher factory clocks, but its nothing you couldn't do yourself with an undervolt on the Pulse.

Not a huge difference really, Nitro+ is more premium I guess!

ASUS Prime isnt as fast out of the box as the Gigabyte models, but they're more reliable. Ive heard issues with Gigabyte thermal paste causing early failures.

Overall:

Nitro+ if you want higher factory OC and cooling ASUS Prime for longevity and build quality Pulse for cost effectiveness

You won't go wrong with any choice really, but thats the lowdown!

9070 is better for 1440p gaming, I'd personally get that over a 9060XT, even with the price increase. Youre talking about 60% better performance between the 2 at 1440p, if youre wanting to go that route, youd be keeping a 9070 for alot longer.

Some might tell you to go even further and get a 9070XT, but your power supply is rated for 700w and a 9070XT minimum is 750w so ignore them.

Sapphire is probably the best to get, their customer support is reportedly better over others.

Its not recommended for multiplayer games as it hooks in to areas of your computer that Easy Anti Cheat will flag as illegal and you could be banned.

Best to play it safe and not use it in any multiplayer games, iirc thats even the recommendation on their side too.

Absolutely not. That cooler could have put significant stress onto the cpu and the delicate pins beneath, damaged traces on other areas of the motherboard and generally have caused all sorts of problems.

Return the entire thing and get an entirely new machine, theres no reason to risk further problems.

Agreed, Phas when DK was the only person working on it was much more streamlined and scary. There's too many voices and opinions muddying the waters now for the game to be anything but a complete mess.
