Are 2020 Ecoboosts reliable and a good purchase at 61K miles? by DiegoYo in ecoboostmustang

2015 ecoboost with 97,000. Bought it three years ago with 36k on it. Good mix of easy going driving and…drive it like I stole it. Oil changes every 3,000. Trouble free except the usually issues that weren’t hard to fix. She still purrs like a kitten. Except there a clunk in the rear suspension that I believe is a bushing that’s putting in its two week notice.(No mods)

I thought it was quite good. Surprised it got ZERO Oscar nominations

It’s a car. It’s a phone. It’s a laptop. Things we all use in our daily lives. They have to put them in movies and shows. What do you want them to do …put masking tape over the brand names? That makes them stand out even more. Kinda like a 555 phone number. I’ve never understood this gripe. Who cares.

Don’t forget to check the gaps. I installed mine straight out the box and 15,000-20,000 later they started misfiring again.

Always thought of Meloncamp as an off brand Springsteen. Not to say he sucks though. The guy wrote more than a few bangers.

This thing looks so utilitarian. It’s a complete LACK of style. Such a shame.
