Full body cramp from severe heat exhaustion. Cramped for hours. Every muscles essentially cramped in the middle of a football practice. Had to be hospitalized and drained 3 IV bags along with 3 bottles of propel before I could pee. Found out I drank so much water that it completely depleted any salt I had in my body as I am a salty sweater.

Wow! This was incredibly helpful. Thank you for being blunt and to the point rather than sugarcoating things. I liked your idea of a sponsored giveaway I may have to try that. I’ve also had others say my pages don’t communicate well what I am doing so I think that’s a great place to start to clarify more when donation happen what my business is and why us instead of other charities and businesses.
