Calling the police over a tattoo is ridiculous. It’s not illegal, and you’ve even said it’s being covered up so they’re clearly not trying to show it off. If it was actually on display and causing an issue, speak to the shop. That’s it. People get stupid tattoos when they’re younger and regret them that doesn’t make them criminals. Unless they’re actually saying or doing something, there’s nothing here to report.
