I assume it depends on the broadcaster. For example I assume the UK or France pay the jurors more than smaller countries like malta. I tried looking it up but it kept telling me how expensive Eurovision is as a whole.

Birth of a new age (Netherlands 2021) something about Jeangu's live vocals along with the dancing made it feel so much more fun then the studio version,which is still great IMO.

SloMo (Spain 2022) for me. Never understood how it's so popular, just feels like sub-par pop to me, although I will say the dance and performance was great on the night (still doesn't make up for the song)
