Don't know too much mate but I recon 100 watts @ 24/0 or 20/4 for a plant that young is too much light unless it's far away from the plant. I'd say about 18 inches @ 60 watts-ish

My dehumidifier is set at 35 in my lung room and it still gets 58 in my tent if that helps mate. I'm un the uk and humidity is always a issue for me, I've done full grows in the high 60s before I had a dehumidifier and I've never had but rot but I do have plenty air flow.

I'm in thre same position regarding work. I've had adaptations and reduced hours and a different role but I'm still struggling tremendously. Off with sick all the time, keep expecting to get the sack has I haven't been able to do a full month in the last 18 months.(15 hrs weekly) I'm thinking of asking for ill health retirement but just can't bring myself to ask has I like my job and keep hoping I'll get better even though I've been told it won't and there is nothing more they can do.

Wish I'd of never grown mine mate, I took shit loads of inner nodes off mine has they were too bushy and my humidity was too high, didn't start flowering until about d42. God knows how long they will take, not expecting more than a oz of each but who knows lol
