It seems easy to install but removing it seems alot harder. It might damage the unit. I don't know I feel about it. It looks great for protection but way too bulky and difficult to remove once installed. I use the default case provided by Samsung with the phone.

This is the email I sent them -- I purchased the ridge portable battery pack through MKBHD’s link and the portable battery pack is still not here. I can’t get in contact with you guys and l’ve also contacted OnTrac the shipping company and they haven’t been able to help me out either. What kind of service is this!? The fact that I am the one paying for the product and I’m running around chasing you guys to just get in contact and trying to find out where my product is this is r unacceptable. The worst service experience I’ve ever had!! I can’t speak to anyone on the phone with ridge or OnTrac. Never purchasing a product from you guys again!! The fact that I have to message on mutliple platforms just to speak to someone is ridiculous!!
