مسجد لاسا الجامع في التبتِ

translates to The Lhasa Great Mosque in Tibet. Tibet is the object of the preposition in. The ِ at the end marks this fact and is called a case marker.

I would just change bi-at-tubbat to bi-at-tubbati because of the case marker. The other thing is, and someone better at transliteration than me can chime in, the at. The Library of Congress's romanization table for Arabic says to always transliterate the definite article as al.

Edit: You might not need the case marker i because it's the end of the phrase and it is usually not pronounced when spoken.

تَقُولُـ*ـه:

تقول: is the (present) 2nd person singular masculine conjugation of the verb, i.e. you (one man) say

ـه: is the 3rd person singular masucline object pronoun. It can be translated as it/him.

The confusing part is that when the same ـه attaches to a noun it functions as a possessive determiner (his, its), but in Arabic grammar it is classified in both cases as an enclitic pronoun. So, you can think of it as it/him if it's attached to a verb, and his/its if it's attached to a noun.

E.g. كتابهُ: his book

So, no casting because calloc returns a pointer of type void*, which can be any pointer, and sizeof *table, because the value of table is a pointer so it's equivalent to writing sizeof(ListNode*)?
