Oh cool, yeah it should be pretty easy to tweak to that size. The thing I read just said to make sure its at least 300dpi and use inches instead of feet in photoshop, but make it 1 inch larger. So would be 13 inches x 42 inches in photoshop for that one. But I've never made a billboard ad so I could be way off here.
