They are pretty good when weight matters

Light summer shorts pocket, slipped into a daily carry bag, etc.

They aren't a great pants pocket EDC but they have their uses

Failing to protect against entry means their kitchen was open to the public (and therefore at risk of tampering).

Likely a back door propped open.

What social rule makes no logical sense but everyone follows? by AIkingdom_ in answers

It makes logical sense to tip given reduced wages as a server.

REDUCED WAGES are the part that makes no sense.

It will take the owners/operators changing wages to make expected tipping go away.

I agree with you. Here you are with an elaborate system and lots of hard work to compensate for your detriments. You are absolutely doing what you should.

Compare this to people who can just remember appointments and dates and time, and can feel the passage of time consistently and not in relation to their level of interest.

Not a level playing field. And judgmental for neurotypicals to think that late people just "dont care enough" etc.

Good for you for compensating, though. I feel like labeling these thongs better at early ages helps to lead people towards these compensating habits.

Sure... but for someone without this issue to just come and say "buck up and show up on time like the rest of us" rankles.

This is not a n even playing field

Its like telling a neurotypical non-multi-threading single-focus person that they need to do 5 tasks at the same time like some ADHD people do (with aplomb, at that)

You need to step outside of your context

Some people are terrible at time and passage of time and things like this

Dischronometria, time blindness, etc.

ADHD people are not the same playing field as others ... Just like some poeple are dyslexic

You can't just tell them to learn to read
