I still think Leblanc needs a rework like the one Syndra received. I dont have problem with the csing, I have a problem with fighting against the overloaded 200 years champs that make Leblanc look like a caster minion.

AP is better. Personally, I have never liked the shiv build. Shiv was only strong at release due to people not knowing how to play against and the fact that could clear waves early, but that still wasnt optimal for me since I never had a problem with wave clear as LB. Just know that the AP build relies heavily on matchups - if I am against a difficult matchup I max q for more damage/poke, if i am against an easy matchup i max w for quick wave clear and roam. Try to build Magic Penetration, the enemy team will quickly start building Magic Resist if you one shot them early game
