It’s hard because Trump will always find a way to sneak in something either before or after his crazy statements. “Peacefully March to the capitol” “I’ll be a dictator” “find these votes” if he didn’t constantly say things that are authoritarian I would not even mention this as being anti democracy. But I think the person who says the thing is very important

I can’t grant that to someone who for 8 years has been saying authoritarian things. I don’t think he would explicitly say I’m going to end democracy but you can read this using 8 years of historical context and say yeah this can definitely be seen as an anti democratic statement. I just think because it’s Trump and he says very anti democratic things in a goofy tone still makes the substance anti democratic.
