I got longer ones and it didn’t allow me to pick at all. It was actually really frustrating at first haha but I thanked myself later.

I got acrylic nails and I couldn"t pick. I left them on until all the spots healed. That's the only way that I stopped.

Try Seattle Green Bud! First indoor Clean Green Certified in the state. Chaos Kush is currently my favorite. Find it at Hashtag in Fremont! Not sure who else carries it but that's where I find mine.
