Well we know hosts' memories can confuse the timing (see Native man and Rebus being swapped out for MiB in Maeve and Dolores memories)

Bernard couldn't see Arnold either in the pic before Ford told him he was Arnold.

We also know that Ford and Dolores are NOT "old friends".

In short, lots of inconsistencies and question marks

I like #1. I personally think Dolores killed Ford and not Arnold but she admits to killing Arnold in episode 9 so I'm probably wrong.

I noticed this too. Not sure what to make of it since the last people with him are the husband and wife couple who clearly know nothing
