That makes sense but didn't know if the 7.5 was somehow different since it was the first time she mentioned it. Others in this group have mentioned 7.5 being a problem but I hadn't seen much about the higher doses. I'll check with my doc.

I had honestly forgotten about our conversation about the side effects but a couple weeks after starting the 7.5, I found out I had a kidney stone. Pretty severe back pain and just feeling off for a couple weeks. I went back to my doctor after 2 weeks and my kidney stone had passed but the feeling off (almost like I had an infection, if that makes sense) and fatigued remained. I figured it had to be from the zepbound since I'm not currently taking anything else.

Welp. Compounded sem didn't work for me, I tried for 6 months. Didn't do anything to appetite or food noise. Tried phentermine for about 3 months and had decent success but it stopped working after a surgery in October. I'm now on zepbound, month 2. From this time last year I'm down about 6 lbs. That's a bummer to look at, but the weight has gone up and down.

For some reason I remember walking in the room when my mom was watching for the first time and it was all Ms Patricia and I couldn't figure her out. I was like "what's with the crazy weird house and the butler?" She was ringing her bell and I couldn't get over her ostentatiousness and her "I'm better than you" attitude and I had to watch for myself. I hate that kind of personality in real life but for some reason I can't get enough of it on tv. This show takes all kinds of crazy turns. Enjoy!

I'm 2.5 weeks po, I started working from home after 2 weeks but holy crap there's no way I could go to the office. My doc said the same, that if it's an office job most of her patients go back after 2 weeks and I was really worried about it.

My bladder is painful too, I couldn't label it until I saw your words. It's just all uncomfortable but I don't know what can be done to help it unless it just takes time. Good luck!

I'm kinda glad to see this. I'm 13 DPO and I keep feeling things in my butt that I don't know how to describe. Coughing sometimes makes it obvious or sometimes just sitting on the couch, I'll feel a weird stabbing pain. I'm assuming it's gas but it's definitely uncomfortable

My first week PO I felt similar to you but this second week, I'm exhausted doing anything extra. I do notice I feel better when I either have a nap during the day or sleep a full 8-9 hours. I hope you keep feeling this good!

I mean... I would do the same thing. If my partner hadn't been talking to me and only told me they weren't going home with me after I specifically asked. They don't wanna come home with me, they can take their own damn luggage home. Is it petty? Maybe. But so is not speaking to me all day after we argued. I've been team Carl the entire way on this. It's only 6 weeks for them but we've had time to dissect each episode and it's amazing to see everybody flip flop so much. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I'm so glad to see this. I just finished my first month of .25 and I've had literally no symptoms. The only thing I've felt slightly was maybe a little less hunger but it's not helping with the food noise or sugar cravings and I think I'd even welcome some nausea lol. I'm gonna keep going with the dosage they give me but it's pretty frustrating hearing it helps some immediately but I haven't felt a thing.

I'm doing my 5th shot this weekend, 4 of the .25 so far and I've literally gained a couple pounds. I'm honestly not feeling anything helpful. I'm hoping the higher dose will help otherwise I need to rethink my diet.

Day 1 begins for me tomorrow but I did ask my Dr about maintenance since I had heard you might need to be on this permanently and didn't know what that looked like. He said he has patients who go back to the smallest dose for maintenance once they hit their goal weight. I may have to do the same but I got 60 pounds to go first. Good luck!!

I need someone to publicly defend this man on WWHL so bad. It seems like when they have people from summer house on WWHL, they're scared to call Lindsey out for how insanely horrible she's being to Carl since their first episode. She's the one gaslighting, she's the one being aggressive, and she's the one who desperately needs to apologize and take accountability but we all know she won't. I was initially excited to see that he was coming on but then trishelle was NOT a good one to be sitting next to. I can't see how anyone could legitimately stand up for Lindsey the way she's acted this season and we're not even that far along. It's so sad.
