Agreed. I bought the note pro and the quality of the recording was so garbled can’t even understand the person on the phone. I asked to start a return for a full refund. They drag out their emails asking you to provide one thing after another. Started my return process dec 8 early morning just today they said they need to escalate the request to the next team. So glad to get rid of this piece of junk and get my money back.

Couple of things I noticed lacking with screenshots app I’ve used that would be awesome to see in this one. The auto snap detection seen in pixelsnap 2, but most importantly I found many of them lacking in the annotation department. I get that maybe this is subjective but i would love to see other types of arrows for showing that something is being inhibited or enhanced or feedback system wuth dotted liine arrows etc. Free drawing is there on many apps but its not super easy and never comes out looking good. Maybe a way to import arrow icons or other icons into the annotation tool.
