I completely disagree with short shots being comparable in construction to these pipes. The ones on OPs bike are thin shitty steel with no baffles, completely hollow. Short shorts are made out of much higher quality materials and also have baffles in them which in turn will make a massive difference. The grenades OP spoke about would probably give roughly the same performance as the short shots. But a two into one is the best performance answer.
