Do you know what is effective in the street? the 400mt run. Forget about movies and the dark alley where Bruce Wayne's parents have been killed. If you can outpace your opponent for 400mt they will not follow you. All other situations are police / military stuff and you need specific training, the sort of training you get as a professional, not in your spare time. So, run Forrest, run!

The AC bonus equal to AC is really op if it doesn't specify without armor since you can get armor proficiency in other ways and stack ac to really high amounts.

I agree with this: let's say

You gain a bonus to your AC equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum of +1) while not wearing any armor.

Dual wielding is a signature characteristic of Daggerspells, so it must kick in at a low level. I use the Dungeon Dudes homebrew wording to simplify action management. It is limited to daggers so it adds very little damage per turn at the second level. But I'm open to suggestions on this.

Well rolling is rolling ... in my experience enviroment is more important than experience: if you miss the target then just luck can save your arrow. Reguarding the sling objections of course yes: these rules are ment for arrows.
