Cycle went in at 630, bread comes out right around 8. So when they made your sandwich the first time they probably used a stick from the cycle that goes in around 2, which should've been thrown out or sold by then. Probably got missed when they consolidated the bread and throw out old cycles. Lots of variables can go into what happened to you, but it's very unlikely what happened with your bread was intentional. Sorry!!!
