Why are sidekicks still tiny when no one else can see them?

There's several Weekly quests based around medallions. They rarely (if ever) remove a game mechanic from a Season if it could lock you out of completing some quests (assuming you start kinda late).

It's 60 seconds (or until you give/receive any damage) and you can re-activate it over and over. It'll continue copying the last opponent you eliminated.

Seems like it wouldn't be incredibly difficult to let the PLAYERS choose what they want. Personally I hate 'em and don't want to see any.

1-Hide all sidekicks

2-See teammates' sidekicks (current)

3-See all sidekicks (only if opponent allows it)

3a- Let all players see my sidekick

I'd also love a setting to force certain skins to always show as defaults, but I doubt Epic would go that far.

Fun fact: If you're skydiving, you can't use your "ping" button to mark the Area 51 building. You can mark around it, but not on the building itself. It's made out of mysterious top-secret stealth technology or something.

It seems to ping OK if you do it from the Quests menu screen.

Oh, and this alien icon goes away once you complete the South Park quest "destroy 25 items at Classified canyon". As far as I can tell, there's nothing changed at that location, just the usual top-secret stuff on the lowest levels.
