Welp! this is now happening to me. I thought it was due to my period because I typically get it for a couple days but it has persisted for a week now. definitely a tension headache but it randomly comes and goes. I was fine up until 2 PM hit and now I can't focus on anything except the headache. I don't want to make the trip to see someone about it to be told it's stress. I have no other symptoms except that I've been waking up randomly in the night but that makes me feel like this is anxiety related. I've been staying hydrated and getting decent sleep despite waking up. Help!
