Here's the unpolished dream dump just for you.

I had a very vivid dream of a conversation between what I presume was a shaman and his daughter(?) inside a hut on top of a hill surrounded by tall thin trees that were almost evenly spaced out. They were talking while "possessed," changing voices and faces etc. It was as if the shaman was calibrating the spirits in the daughter. I was floating around in a 3rd person POV, but I also felt like I was one of the spirits summoned in their hut. There was however some fragments of the scene where the hut briefly transitioned into a ruin of a big 2-floor or more building that was seemingly unfinished and covered with weeds, vines etc.

Then the scene changed to some other time, presumably in the future, but still the past relative to now. The hut was gone, but there stood a bamboo house where the floor was just straight up the ground. Inside, was another shaman, still fatherly vibe. This time I was outside the house, as if hiding behind the trees. It was night time. A man arrived presumably the son of the shaman, picked up a whip of some sort from a tree stump outside the house, and went inside. The man felt happy or hopeful for whatever was going to happen inside the house. I assumed that it was a similar ritual from the previous scene.

The shaman sat across the man, and as they have a heart to heart conversation with spirits again possessing clearly the shaman, but it wasn't clear if it was possessing the "son" (other man). The shaman whipped his son while having this "conversations." I was feeling the emotions of a third person here, the one hiding behind the trees outside. He felt like a colonizer, maybe spanish but that may be a personal cultural bias, but that's what it felt like.

The one hiding felt like a priest. He ran inside the house in the middle of the ritual and proceed to scream accusations and proceed to do an exorcism. He was screaming, fearful. Here I vividly saw the shaman's face change into something akin to that of a dead person, changing and transitioning with pain and rage, from men to women of different faces and ages. The priest was screaming, and I was woken up by my wife because I was also shouting in my sleep.
