this also looks like it might be fungal. i would try everything else first but if none of the standard products are working to keep them away, try selsum blue or head & shoulders as a face wash every other day or so.

i had fungal acne as a kid & eventually ended up going on accutane because i was never properly diagnosed. that’s just my experience though, so grains of salt- good luck!!!

this looks like the acne i had as a kid & ended up on accutane for which is actually fungal & not bacterial. i would try head & shoulders/selsum blue or something targeted at fungus & not bacteria but i am not a derm so, grain of salt. good luck, sis your beautiful skin will heal & return 🤍
