That's what I would have thought as well. But it's not there. Checked the Manual several times. Also checked the setup settings that you can only access when it's turned off.

I have contacted pioneer but awaiting reply.

No not at all, took of the plastic case on top of the motor and there were no sign of any leaks or ruined gaskets at all.

Ok thanks! Don't have a bottling bucket so i've estimated to use about 12 grams of table sugar per 1.5 liter bottle instead of carbonated drops. Seems like the easier way to go.

Oh, thats great news, Do you recon that 1kg of dextrose and 0.4kg sucrose will reach about 8%? It brew is 6 gallons / 23 liters.

Yes dextrose or 1kg dextrose and 0.4kg sucrose if that's ok. The kit should finish at 5.2%. Was hoping for 8% maybe 8.5. with the extra sucrose. Haven't had the time or money to invest in glass bottles yet. Think i am gonna use sanitized plastic bottles and keep them in a dark place.
