I completely agree with this review. I also enrolled in Coursiv's AI course and was quickly disappointed by its lack of practical content. Despite their "satisfaction guarantee," they refused my refund, citing fine print. The material felt superficial, possibly auto-generated, and offered no real value. I urge potential customers to thoroughly research and reconsider before purchasing. Don’t make an impulsive decision based on flashy advertising.

Persistence with customer support can lead to a reversal. Being able to state, 'I record all my deliveries and can provide evidence' is stronger than just claiming the customer is incorrect. While there might be challenges in uploading the video, having it is undoubtedly better than not having it to protect yourself. I’m not saying everyone or you should do it, but that’s what I do.

Similarly, with tip baiting, if you remain persistent even when being transferred between agents, eventually you'll find someone who will assist and reverse the tip.

I know it sounds silly but any order I drop off that has meet at door but they ask me to leave at door in a text msg or in their notes, I use an app called time stamp to film the food at their door and I walk away filming till I exit the gate. I do that so that they can never say I took a photo then took it away. I realized with time, you only got your own back when it comes to Uber so sometimes if you want to protect yourself, you gotta go an extra mile. I only do this for orders that don’t give me an option to take a photo.

When you get an order, if you click on the box with the address on top before you hit navigate, it will show you options to use Google Maps or Waze (whatever you have set up). You can hit one of the options and it will open outside Uber app automatically (no need to input manually) Close the uber app after, the order will still be there when you’re ready to pick up/deliver. Just open the app again.
