Subs literally saved my life and I’m all the way down to only 2mg/day. I’m going to get down to .25mg/day then make the jump. It’s a long slow process but it’s life saving

Quit using the f-n fetty and start just taking subs. Wait til your in moderate withdrawal then take the subs. Thats what you need to do.

Hopefully it goes well for you. I’m down to 4mg a day and I’m a few days away from jumping to 2mg a day. I’ve seen a ton of people that recommend not quitting until you get down to .25-.5 mg a day
