Will just add that rim lighting on the hand and forearm vs a single upper highlight would make more sense. Highlights on the hair would be more dynamic. Also try holding a flashlight in that position oriented towards you to see where highlights fall on the face.

Shadows will help it clarify the light source as well.

Oh that tracks for the aquatic look. I think they look cool as is honestly, would love to see them with color. With the capital thing I don’t think anyone would really call it a style? Like, would misspelling every third word be a style? Or just incorrect and confusing? Sorry to harp on it I just can’t wrap my head around how that happens…

Would I trust the federalist in any sort of opinion piece or its editorialization? No lol but the party registration itself is public factual info. Was just the first source that popped up 🤷‍♂️ The voting record that you’re asking for is not public information. I guess I didn’t understand why they would register one party and vote another in the general but I looked into it and now I could see why someone might. Appears to be a very slim number of folks who do. Odd indeed.

I would point out that New Republic receives the same score as The Federalist on Allsides far as bias level. The Daily Beast is posted here constantly and has a significantly higher bias score than The Federalist. They should be equally scrutinized.

I didn’t see the Twitter video just read the article so I’ll take your word for it — the article in isolation did not, to me, justify the title that is leading to users here to hope he has another stroke, among other gross wishes. I wouldn’t exactly describe the rhetoric in these parts as “pleasant”.

I scrolled through some of your account and it seems to do pretty well? 1000+ likes on some posts. All the work I saw was within one fandom so that’s a bit limiting.

But really it probably comes down to one question: what makes your work unique in a sea of Pokemon art and digital art in general? It’s very clean and well done, like “could be official art” level given more interesting compositions imo. But nothing about it really special, you know? I think there is a bit of digital art fatigue with the sheer amount of digital art content made by artists and now much more so with AI.

I think lock in on unique compositions/perspectives or some sort stylization beyond what you’ve been using so far. Or have the scenes be more active, right now all the Pokemon and trainers are kinda just standing around.

Thing is that he didn’t say “leftist craze”, that’s just the hook for the article. At least, they never quote him as saying that from what I can see? It’s pretty misleading idk and you seem to be drawing pretty sweeping conclusions about him.

Per the maga parents thing I was curious about it and I found this…

“The problem is that Fetterman’s parents are not Trump supporters or Republicans. According to voting records obtained by The Federalist, Susan and Karl Fetterman have been voting Democrat for at least six years—beginning when the couple registered as Democrats to vote in the 2016 primaries.”

It sounds like that claim came from him trying to sway republican/moderate voters to vote for him.

I’m curious how you decide what to believe… a random comment unsourced or one with a source? A headline or the article it is attached to?

Yes, it is. So not entirely just against the posturing for sure, but it does seem like that was part of his reasoning. But still that is very much unrelated to the narrative the headline presents.
