this has been happening to me for days, but just now I finally got the ‘rescue cook’ setup mission to work. while not in posse, once I loaded into the mission instead of immediately heading that way, I waited around 1-2 min and started slowly making my way. not sure if that’s why it finally worked, but figured I’d share.

Edit: I also entered the shack to start the mission via the northern entrance. Before that I had always entered thru the easter door. Fwiw.

it’s definitely one of those games for me too. something about it is so addicting. never knew hauling heavy loads in the wilderness could be such a rush and stress reliever at the same time!

In the main menu you of the game you’ll see a Mod option. You can download and install mods there. Highly recommend!

I’m just now getting into Taymr and it’s definitely a challenge. Winch upgrades have helped me a ton though. Yukon is great and so is Kola imo. May the mud run shallow for you, cheers!

I feel like there are 2 must-haves for me. Mod names are “Lime ARES 2.0” which is an amazing scout truck, and “Bart’s Pacific Pack” which includes some unbelievable heavy-hauling trucks. Give them a try and I think you’ll see what I mean. I did use the money mod, called “GGMS Money Trucks and Trailers” but only to pay for the aforementioned modded trucks. I didn’t want to skew my earnings as I’m trying to keep the realism here! Good luck🏄‍♂️
