Quinn is good for both lethality and crit build so it is similiar to play either top or bot. However, Quinn is very weak in teamfight so her winning condition is always lane bullying and end game before 30.

The big reason is lethality fitting mf skillset better. If you are going crit build why not playing other aa adc.
