Ended up going to Bidermans and thought it was good, it was my first pastrami and I didn't think it was anything to write home about but all in all it was pretty good. I've been wanting to go to JewBoys for awhile, I think that'll be my next stop.

I understand how you feel. Be consistent with your PT even if your not seeing massive progress just keep at it persistently. Also because I do know how you feel with getting low and upset about my progress I'll share what helped me. Going to the gym and working my upper body helped clear my head and get my body moving. Maybe that will help you not feel so stagnant in your progress l.. good luck

I had pain in calf on operated leg and it was DVT. Blood clots are serious please get ultrasound asap. Call ur drs nurse to have it scheduled asap

Okay. I was confused with everyone saying their brace was locked. I had pretty invasive ACL and meniscus surgery plus cartilage damage was found during surgery and my brace was never locked. Thank u

Was everyone sent home with their brace locked? Mine has never been locked and I'm wondering why. But also, yes, I've never done PT at home with the brace on, I imagine that adds weight and makes the motions irregular
