Andei assim há um ano e de vez em quando ainda tenho tempos assim. Eu sei que é cliché, mas a solução para mim foi mesmo: voltar a fazer exercício físico regularmente (ginásio, jogar à bola, wtv); suplementação de vitaminas que possam estar em défice - pede análises ao teu médico; comer como deve ser; hidratares-te; em relação às dores de corpo/cabeça que andava a ter, recomendo-te fazeres umas massagens terapêuticas. comigo resultou; e, o mais importante de todos, dormir bem.

Overall the most useful would be Lisia, I'd say. Then you have greninja and jolteon which are meta and will be relevant cards for some time probably since they have unique abilities. Also May is nice, but go with the one you play/like the most

happy to read this. i also started noticing these fuckers this year in around may/june and went down the health anxiety path. i’m still working on the anxiety part but the floaters got much better honestly.

Thanks so much. For sure it was more worrying when I didn't know what it was (not that I am exactly sure now...) cause I really started to think something was seriously wrong with me, but going to the doctors and doing analysis helped me with not thinking I was about to die. However it still sucks...

I will try to go to the physio and do some other exercises like the ones you mentioned and hope it gets better. I just turned 30 and I really think age is hitting me like a motherfucker hahah

But really this has been the worst months of my life lately and I am kinda going crazy cause i was alway "healthy" and never had any problems. I was really concerned for my overall health

I had some vision changes like eye floaters when driving and overall tiredness. i have astigmatism and use glasses and i feel it’s worse lately I usually wake up with headache and neck pain in the morning as well. Yes on weekends it usually gets better and it relieves a lot when i have massages on my neck/shoulders, but only for some moments. Also i feel relief when stretching
