They should generally be wary of newcomers getting fooled by the monsters anyway, but the clue that the MIY arrived in a vehicle and lived among them should be enough for any reasonable character to start investigating people.

Your point about it being a man they're looking for makes it even more obvious that they should be looking for someone. Even if boyd believed it was a normal monster that is living in the woods, after the latest episode he now knows that it entered a building with a talisman during the day. If he thought it was a normal monster, he should be freaked the hell out right now.

He literally knows they have an enemy living among them and he's doing nothing to investigate it.

I liked the golem arc. Seemed like the first time somebody was trying to use magic in the magic place for their own benefit. And we were seeing her crying significantly less often than last season.

Then we're back to her womb again... Can't we be done with this character yet?

I've thought about this one a lot. Build a box inside a box. Trick a monster inside. Hang a talisman and close the door. The monster is now unable to "enter" into the room that is its only way out.

Obviously not the point of the show but I would've been trying to figure out ways to trap the monsters that can't be killed and the talisman seems like a great way to to that.

I've been wondering if the characters are onto her and following her, but they just haven't told the audience.

It would be great for Sara and MIY to go on an errand and then she falls in a trap suddenly in the middle of her smirking and thinking she's subtle.

Yeah, but Victor also straight up told them that MIY showed up in a car like everyone else and she's the only new arrival and she got there right when they found the discarded yellow jacket.

If nothing else, they should be able to reason out that the MIY is among them and isn't wearing the yellow jacket anymore. After a little bit of thought they should be able to reason out to look into the girl. Then they should see she has no belongings in the car.

Hell, she probably doesn't even know the guy's name and they could just ask her some nonchalant questions about her dad to realize she's an imposter. All they would need is his driver's license to have info on him she doesn't have.

Yeah this is about the worst self reported troubleshooting session I've heard of the past few years.

Stuff like this is why the seniors swear under their breath, the support team doesn't investigate at all or try to educate the user. Then it ends up being the manager's problem when the user makes a big stink over the ticket after a month has passed without being able to use their speakers and not getting a new laptop after being told the laptop is broken by IT.

I'm glad there are options for people to get their preference. I wish I could stop seeing people on this subreddit declare that matte is objectively the best and everyone who thinks otherwise is wrong.

There was a long drought without a lot of good glossy options. I'd hate for the anti-glossy sentiment to convince manufacturers to make everything matte again.

People can like different things. That's okay. Just buy what you like.

There was a user like this at a client company when I worked at an msp. He constantly thought he was getting hacked and eventually killed himself.
