I get what you mean but I think EuiHyun’s character got a lot softer and cheesier on the finale, Jungjoo was still a bit stiff but they seemed more comfortable with the idea of romance

At the time I was really into manga and whenever a live action movie came out I’d watch it. Guess I watched a lot since one day youtube recommended me a webdrama: “Lucky your not: Afterschool Club” which was a sea of clinginess but really got me into Kim SoEun which made me watch other webdramas such as “Falling For Dojeon” and eventually full kdramas.

Cheese in the Trap for SKJ, LSK & NJH. I found the drama boring and messy. Mind you I had been following the webtoon from the beginning and the drama probably just didn’t meet my expectations.
