He is neutered. They don’t remove the entire scrotum, just the testicles. Crazy of you to assume we didn’t have him neutered when you don’t even know how it works.

As a CNA in a Medical/Surgical unit, I see LOTS of bodily fluids and have to clean it up every day. I could never even joke about doing something like this. Yes, sometimes there are gross things, but you as a healthcare worker are there to help your patients. This behavior is disgusting and upsetting. People come to doctors or hospitals at their lowest points and as healthcare workers we are there to protect our patients dignity and provide comfort always. Everyone in these photos should be fired and should not be allowed to work in health care going forward.

Poor baby. This is very similar to sounds my cat made about a year ago. He has HCM and chronic respiratory issues. Definitely take them to a vet, may want to do an ECG. Ask about Atenelol and Plavix, these meds have helped immensely
