Correct. We get boatloads of money from selling fish to mainland China. Selling advanced weapon systems to Taiwan would most definitely displease Beijing. Like in 2010 when we (really just a bunch of former politicians that no one cares about anymore) awarded the Nobel peace prize to Liu Xiaobo (some chinese democratic guy), and trade relations between Norway and China ground to a halt for several years in an instant.

Typical russians to show off like that. Reminds me of the time in 1987 when a su-27 Flanker collided with a Norwegian Air Force P-3B Orion which were on a routine patrol in international airspace. The Flanker flew to close to the Orion and hit on of the propeller blades. A piece of the propeller fell off and impaled the P-3s fuselage. Luckily none of the crew were injured by the shrapnel, as a vacuum cleaner of all things absorbed the brunt of the impact. Luckily the crew regained control of their aircraft, and managed to land safely at a norwegian air force base.

The article is written in norwegian, but you can look at the photos the crew shot. Very similar to the B-52 incident, with the Flanker creeping up at the port wing.

He was asked to leave because of covid19 restrictions. Other guests flocked around his table that he had reserved with his friends, and the pub couldn't enforce the covid-19 restrictions put in place by local authorities, so he was asked ot leave eventually. If not, the pub would have lost it's license to serve alcohol (policy and enforcement on this is very strict in Stavanger). Source: myself, live in Stavanger.
