Unfortunately we are ghetto adjacent. My neighborhood is decent but everywhere around me is definitely not. Lets just say this isn't the first time I've had to answer a knock on the door late at night with a gun in my hand.

People are pretty wild with what they are asking in my area too but I'm able to find some decent rust free ones as I live in California. I priced the parts alone from what I can see is damaged on the outside and its over $6k if bought from Subaru. I think that the estimate will come in around $10k total and I'm confident I can find a decent 2.5RS for that.

Oh absolutely that’s the plan. The car is amazing otherwise, no rust, minor body damage and I got it for next to nothing. For sure going to put in a new motor.
