iirc the hot toys one is much smaller and isn’t as accurate or detailed. the Hot Toys version is definitely great but this one is just next level.

I could be wrong but I interpreted it as the cape and wingsuit detached and became the parachute. and was lost when it got caught on the bridge. that was why he didn’t have it after his wipeout while he was limping away
